The Tension set for ADSS cable is ingeniously designed to securely connect the cable to a pole or tower in ADSS cable lines. This clamp provides optimal protection for the cable while significantly minimizing vibration. With a special design of preformed rods, the tension clamp effectively prevents stress concentration, ensuring the ADSS cable remains undamaged and delivers consistent performance.
Structure & Materials
♦ Shackle:
Hot galvanized steel shackles are designed for easy connection with tower fasteners. Offering a failure load range from U-7 at 70kN to U-10 at 100kN, and up to U-12 at 120kN.
♦ Preformed Tension Rods
Crafted from galvanized steel wire or aluminum-clad steel, these rods are preformed to enhance friction between the clamp and the cable, thanks to the inner wall layer of emery.
♦ Tension Rods
Made with precision from galvanized steel, the heart-shaped tension ring and shackle work together to keep the strain clamp at a safe distance from the cable's exit point from the pole, maintaining a large cable bend radius.
♦ Heart-shaped Tension Ring
Precisely constructed from galvanized steel, this tension ring is embedded in the U-bend clamp head, ensuring a secure connection with the extension rod.
Available failure load options include 40kN, 70kN, 100kN, and 120kN.
