The external circuit breaker of the HGB7S-125 electric energy meter is engineered for lines with AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), a rated voltage of 230/400V, and a rated current of 125A. It smartly opens or closes, controlled by the electric energy meter signal or a remote signal, offering superior overload and short-circuit protection. It can also be used for infrequent operations under normal conditions. This product is highly suitable for the intelligent transformation of the State Grid, communication base stations, rail traffic, and other unattended locations. It adheres to the standards: GB 10963.1 and IEC60898-1.
Main Features
1. The HGB7S-125 external circuit breaker is constructed using a 1P + N or 3P + N high breaking miniature circuit breaker combined with an 18mm wide standard 1P intelligent tripping reclosing module.
2. The product is capable of receiving remote control signals (such as electric energy meter control signals) to facilitate remote reclosing functionality.
3. It provides robust short-circuit and overload protection.
4. The breaker operates in two modes: 'automatic' and 'manual', with an LED indicator light to show a normal charged state.
5. Standard interfaces for closing signal (C) and feedback signal (F) are included on the side.
6. In 'manual' mode, the breaker does not support remote closing functionality, akin to the special circuit breaker function for prepayment electric energy meters.
7. Regardless of the state, after receiving the opening command and tripping, it cannot be manually closed. The internal contact remains open when closing.
8. It includes a memory function: upon power loss, the breaker retains its working state from before the outage.
9. The remote automatic closing time is impressively less than 2 seconds.
10. The intelligent trip reclosing module showcases remarkable energy efficiency with a static power consumption of less than 0.2mA.
