Crafted from hot galvanized steel, these shackles ensure a secure connection with tower fasteners. Available failure loads: U-7 at 70kN, U-10 at 100kN, and U-12 at 120kN.
♦ Preformed Tension Rods
Constructed from galvanized steel wire or aluminum-clad steel, these rods are expertly preformed during production. The inner wall layer, made of emery, significantly enhances the friction between the clamp and the cable.
♦ Tension Rods
Engineered with precision from galvanized steel, the heart-shaped tension ring and shackle secure a safe distance between the strain clamp and the cable's exit from the pole, maintaining an optimal cable bend radius.
♦ Heart-shaped Tension Ring
Precisely manufactured from galvanized steel, this ring is embedded within the U-bend clamp head, ensuring robust protection for the clamp's connection with the extension rod.
