The external circuit breaker of the hgb7s-125 electric energy meter is designed for lines with AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), a rated voltage of 230/400V, and a rated current of 125A. It intelligently opens or closes, controlled by the electric energy meter signal or a remote signal, providing overload and short circuit protection. It can also operate infrequently under normal conditions. This product is extensively used in the intelligent transformation of the State Grid, communication base stations, rail traffic, and other unattended locations. It complies with the standards: GB 10963.1 and IEC60898-1.
Main Features
1. The Hgb7s-125 external circuit breaker is assembled using a 1P + N or 3P + N high breaking miniature circuit breaker and an 18mm wide standard 1P intelligent tripping reclosing module.
2. This product receives remote control signals (such as electric energy meter control signals) to achieve remote reclosing functionality.
3. It features short-circuit and overload protection.
4. It operates in two modes: 'automatic' and 'manual', with an LED indicator light (indicating a normal charged state when lit).
5. A standard interface for closing signal (C) and feedback signal (F) is provided on the side.
6. In 'manual' mode, the product does not support remote closing functionality (similar to the special circuit breaker function for prepayment electric energy meters).
7. In any state, after receiving the opening command and tripping, the product cannot be closed manually. The internal contact remains in the open position when closing.
8. It also features a memory function: when the power is cut off, the product maintains the working state it had before the power outage.
9. The remote automatic closing time is less than 2 seconds.
10. The intelligent trip reclosing module boasts an impressive static power consumption of less than 0.2mA, ensuring unparalleled energy efficiency.
11. In scenarios involving 'user's arrears,' this product ensures the internal contact remains securely in the off position, completely disabling manual operation and significantly enhancing security measures.
